3.5 Protection of Services Code and Software

3.5.1 Ownership of Code
3.5.1.1. All source code, scripts, algorithms, software, and other technologies used to operate and maintain the Services, including any updates, modifications, or enhancements, are the exclusive property of the Services owner or its licensors.
3.5.1.2. You acknowledge that these materials are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

3.5.2 Prohibited Actions
3.5.2.1. You may not:
3.5.2.2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software used to operate the Services.
3.5.2.3 Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Services’ code.

You may report any Content that violates these Terms by using the "Report" feature on the Services. Sharqsouq.com will review such reports and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the Content or suspension of the user’s account.
